1. Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

2. Can you ship to my country?
We can ship to all the countries around the world.

3. Is shipping included in the prices?
Yes! The shipping fees are included in the item prices; we shall provide transport at our cost.

4. How long will it take to delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 2 business days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. This part normally takes 7 business days.

6. Why the order I paid was canceled?
If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.

7. How do I cancel the order?
All the orders placed on our site are available to be cancelled within 6 hours, but if we have already dispatched the order we cannot guarantee a cancellation, sorry for inconvenience.

8. How do I track my order?
We ship via EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE to ensure fast and secure shipping to any destination. After we send out your order and if you request, we will send you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address. 9. How Do I Exchange the Order?
If you want to exchange a product, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions and return address. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. You also need to use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company

10. How Do I return the Order?
Yes, we offer a full money back within 7 days of receipt. This refund does not include the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for the all the shipping cost.
